I cannot hear the starter commands

Turn up media volume and tap Unlock Audio once if it appears. On iPhone, the installed RaceCue app is configured for training playback and can play through the silent switch, but zero media volume still prevents sound. When using a wireless speaker, connect it before opening the training screen and test the complete start sequence at close range.

The camera or torch is unavailable

Allow Camera permission in your phone settings. Sensor offers Start Detection and Start Video, but only one can use the camera at a time. The rear-camera torch also shares that hardware and stops either camera mode. Torch control depends on the phone; some devices do not expose it to apps.

The movement sensor does not react

Open Lab, choose Reaction Practice and Movement, then enable and calibrate while still. For a stationary drill, hold the phone firmly in either hand and drive that hand at GO. For a full start, secure it to the upper arm or waist. Grant Motion permission when requested and recalibrate if normal vibration triggers too easily.

Voice or start-video recording is blocked

Allow Microphone permission for custom starter voices. Start Video needs Camera permission and uses the microphone when available; it can still prepare without microphone audio on supported devices. RaceCue limits custom command length so Set cannot overlap the GO signal.

Bluetooth timing looks different

Wireless speaker delay and range vary with the phone, speaker, distance, obstacles, and interference. Test the setup at the track. RaceCue measurements are intended for repeatable training feedback, not certified competition results.

How do I restore Premium?

Use Restore Purchases from the Premium screen while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. A permanent unlock should not require another payment.

How do I remove my data?

Delete custom voices from Record and clear session history from Sessions. Unsaved start videos clear when the app session ends; remove videos you chose to save through Files or Photos. Removing RaceCue and its data clears the remaining local settings and results.
